Today we’re going to focus on “eating right” which usually only goes into “what” you are eating.
For the most part, we are all in agreement of what to eat: Real whole food.
As far as the details about portions of each nutrient, every body has its own needs and some people even have their own preferred philosophy. In any case, I don’t want to discuss “what” to eat today. Instead, I am going to talk about the importance of “when” you are eating, and most importantly – when you are not.

Throughout your day you are exposed to a sea of toxins from your environment. This increase in toxins leads to dramatic increases in inflammation, which is one of the huge factors of experiencing diseases ranging from Alzheimer’s to cancer.

Simultaneously, your body is also constantly carrying around its own sea of toxins produced “in-house”. Your cells are organic structures that do eventually die and with the trillions of cells inside of you at any given time, some of them are bound to get damaged or occasionally malfunction.
These dead and damaged cells and environmental toxins that you’re carrying around only serve to make you sick or even sap your energy and drain you.
But did you know you can trigger your own body to hunt down and clean out all these dead-beat, toxic radicals and energy-sapping cells that no longer serve you?
So, how might you do this?
Exercising is one way to get the sweat to clear out the environmental toxins. But exercise doesn’t really target the dead and damaged cells for removal (even though you know Whole Body is an advocate of you exercising daily).
But the missing secret of time-restricted eating is even easier than that!
Because there’s not so much you have to do – as much as stop doing.
