Let’s Talk About Fasting

I’m sure you’ve heard of a fast before like you see in a lot of religions throughout the years. A fast is when you refrain from eating over a period of time.

When you are fasting, your body is able to clear out these toxins, and remove dead and damaged cells, which in turn decreases your chances of chronic inflammation and helps you look and feel younger, more vibrant, and full of energy.

Put simply, If you aren’t fasting, you’re allowing your body to swim with a sea of toxins.

You’re also carrying around dead and damaged cells that only serve to make you sick or even drain your precious energy from pursuing the rest of your life, if you don’t fast enough.

But why did I say you are already fasting? You may be thinking: “I don’t do that everyday…”

Truth is, the majority of us do. If you are sleeping through the night then you are already fasting while you sleep. That’s why your first meal of the day is called “breakfast”. In the morning you are breaking your fast after sleep.

The only thing you have to do is what you are already doing: fast during the night.

But here is where the difference is key…

The secret to improved health that you’ve been missing is that you need to extend your fast to release more of the benefits fasting can unlock for you.

Formally, health studies have shown that fasting for 4-7 days periodically is typically how we are able to clear our body of our weakened cells.
