What To Do Now?

So just to package that into something that you guys can understand:

You can feel younger, more vibrant and full of energy by detoxing and eliminating your old damaged cells just by extending the time you don’t eat.

Take advantage of your sleeping cycle and fast through the night and allow yourself a restricted time period in which to eat-whether it be 12-hr, 16-hr (known as Leangains), or 18-hr.

“When” you eat is just as important for your health as “what” you eat.

By following this simple practice you will be activating your body to have a longer and healthier life span – which means you can still be active and not have so many issues like cancer and heart disease and all the other ails that plague us as human kind.

If you’d like to try your hand at time-restricted eating, I suggest you start with a 30-day trial period and see how you feel. Then you can extend it for another 30-days and so forth.

If you are looking for some guidance as you take this journey, we can help you at Whole Body. I offer nutrition coaching and can help you figure out a plan perfectly suited to your body, health conditions, and lifestyle. You don’t have to go it alone.

I have studied and continue to stay up to date on peer reviewed science and medicinal research. I can even give you tips and advice of how to take your family through this practice together with you. It doesn’t have to be bland or boring! I have kids – so I know!

Book a free nutrition consultation with me at my website.

Or if you know you are ready to get started, book a month of Nutrition Coaching, including a Meal Plan and 30-min Weekly Check-ins for only about $3.33 a day at Whole Body website.

Thank you so much for reading!

And I hope you have a good rest of your day!
