There’s a fire in West LA. Near Sunset Blvd in Pacific Palisades.

Winds are extremely high and long running.

Fire & Winds = danger.

The spiritual message to me is:

Clear your mind.

Activate your spirit.

So in honor of this message, I’ll be sending out Reiki to those in need the rest of the day.

Reiki healing energy is a conscious energy that moves to where it is needed most, and moves to draw in the highest good for those involved.

As a Reiki Master, I can send energy long distance. If you would like me to add your name to my Reiki session for those impacted by the fire, please contact me.

I will check my messages every hour until sunset, and regularly as available thereafter until Monday.

You don’t have to do anything to receive. Just relax as best you can. Take deep breaths in a safe, smoke-free area (once you clear the evac zone).

Use your spiritual tools, relaxation techniques, chamomile tea, tapping, or journaling.

Take care of your body & your loved ones with you. Call your loved ones away from you. Cherish each moment. The bee on a flower. The giggle of a small child. Water on your hands. Go through your google photos.

Moments are fleeting.

Look online for low–maintenance games to play, while you await return to normal. Card games, ball games, scavenger hunts (great for kiddos, and adults who need to nurture their inner kid).
