Reiki Reset on Dark Moon nights

– when the sky is completely moonless & only the stars can be seen.

I make space to practice letting go.

Along with it, I make a sacrifice of cleansing my body of addictive foods. Turning to follow a low fat, low sugar, whole food diet.

When I decided to do this, I was also called to begin Reiki Attunements that allow people to learn how to give Reiki to others.

That way I can share this practice with a clean body & spirit, and open up energy for the next phase to come.
