For the next series of blog posts, I will share a PDF I wrote on spec for a client informing their customers about the practice of time restricted eating.

I know Thanksgiving is coming up soon and all we’re thinking of is our favorite comfort foods right now during these chaotic times when souls need some extra soothing, but I still want to shine a little light on staying healthy which will help us both in the long-run as well as in the short-term with doing our best to stay as well as we can.
