Happy New Year 2025

Questions to ponder while undergoing your life’s journey.

How did you start your day?

Doesn’t matter. Hope it was good though.

How will you move forward now?


What are you moving towards?

What are your goals? Dreams? Aspirations?

Who inspires you? Who do you want to inspire?

What do you want to accomplish before you die?

What legacy do you want to leave behind?

These are thoughts I ruminate on all through the year, but most people come to them on, or around the 1st of the year.

Planning my future in my blissful space.

It doesn’t have to be epic and far reaching; but understand that stretching is as good for the soul as it is for the body.

Just think about it: where are you going to, from where you are now? Especially if you aren’t satisfied with where you are, and you feel as though something is missing.

If all is good in the neighborhood, then relish the moments and drink it in by the barrel full before that moment is gone. Soak in it until you are saturated and satiated.

When the seasons change and the waters ebb, then come on back here and dive right in.

As For My Journey

It’s been very helpful for me to time travel through my writings of days past and revisit who I was and what I wanted before, while sitting still to determine what I want now.

I was happy to find I’m still very excited to pursue my Full Spectrum Wellness programming (which will be explained in depth over time).

I rediscovered that my core mission is to: “Inspire hope in others so that they can empower themselves to craft a life that feels better to them.”

And I was able to craft my core message: “You can thrive… regardless.”

So get out there, start dreaming, and start crafting.
