So I was ready to take on a kidney transplant.
Had the evaluation. Saw the social worker. Then waited for my medical insurance to authorize it.
Announcing:

Now I am officially on the transplant list.
The Hours I’ve Spent
Meanwhile….
I’ve spent the most part of my life trying to stay healthy and build my body up to its best potential.

I’ve been honing in on the full spectrum of health and what that means and how to approach it. Keeping an eye on what goes in: real food, water, medicines, supplements & herbs.
Taking care to sleep, exercise, spend time in nature, make room for self care, keep stress down, manage my symptoms from chronic disease and medication side effects. Plus trying to maintain relationships with my people, make money, have fun, and live.

From my perspective my physical health is obviously important, but it is actually not of the utmost importance to me. I equally value my heart and feelings. And I immensely value my spirit, mind and soul.
So I’ve been looking at how to best cater to healing my whole self: body, mind, spirit, heart, & soul.

I’ve pursued two fronts to stay tuned in to healing.
Physical Health
On the physical frontier, I researched for hours on end and have acquired a tool box equipped with biohacking using nutrition, supplements, education from websites, reading science journals & medical trials, and building protocols to test out on my body. I test to figure out what works, gaged by my latest lab results I had to learn how to interpret to stay on track. If my labs are stable or improved, then I determine if the protocol is sustainable over long term and decide if I need to incorporate it into my daily living.
Spiritual Health
Advancing on the spiritual frontier happened entirely on accident.
It started with delving online into psychology. Understanding the mind and behaviors of myself and others. Realizing the importance of boundaries and identifying toxic relationships as well as why I seemed to attract them.
This led to understanding how essential self care is in this world and brought me to learning about the necessity of empowerment.
That was the gateway through which I fell into my spiritual journey after suffering a dire health crisis that spiraled out of control until I ended up where I am now.
Ever since absorbing enlightening concepts that opened my soul to a whole new level of insight and living, I’ve gone deeper and deeper into expanding my spiritual growth.

I’ve dived into magick, worked with nature, the elements, & the cosmos, chanted, worn talismans, envisioned with the aid of crystals, journeyed with lucid dreaming, spent a weekend in a homemade darkness retreat, read & studied spiritual texts, experienced the power of breath work, spent time interpreting signs & symbols, played with mudras, mandalas, tarot, sacred frequencies.
I’ve even gone ahead seeking guides and mentors including a witch, several shamans, several Reiki masters, other energy healers, a sangoma. Visited temples, holy places and vortices.
Lately I’m leaning into programming I’ve essentially created for myself for disease management. The real goal was to engineer a miracle and program disease reversal, but after a few tries, I fizzled out.
Recently, I began a course through MindValley for Silva Mind Control to learn to use relaxation techniques to build your intuition.
And it’s been perfect for me.
The Results
The result of all these hours is two passion projects with one goal in mind:
Health, Healing & Wellness
The vehicle for the physical front is called The Phoenix Experiment. Because it’s a running project of rising from the ashes.
The idea is set in programming based on personalized needs to allow the participant to Live. Heal. Thrive …Regardless
The vehicle for the spiritual front is called Cosmic Dancer. Here are informative resources to practicing techniques to expand spirituality and sit with the soul.
The idea is all of life shouldn’t be thought of as a journey from one destination to the next (in this case, life to death, or cradle to grave), but instead as a dance. So We Dance with OurSelves, We Dance Together, We Dance Throughout the Cosmos.
I’ll be building space on this website that comfortably holds both sides of this coin and figure out how I can use both vehicles to help other people, especially those with life threatening illnesses to thrive in spite of disease.
