Full Spectrum Wellness is about recognizing a human is more than a physical body.
We feel emotions deeply. We think thoughts continuously. Our spirits speak within us quietly or boisterously.
We are a four body being [at least]. And Full Spectrum Wellness has been built to recognize each aspect of ourselves: Mind, Body, Heart, & Soul.
And assist in bringing each body into balance with tools, techniques, community and practice.
Here, the focus is to be of service to those looking to find a pathway to improve well-being dynamically with: resources, a safe space, and a moment to slow down, while tapping into your inner child through the arts & crafts, finding healing in beauty & nature, and using health, nutrition, & energy work mindfully.
The Phoenix Experiment
What started as The Phoenix Experiment – to experimentally manage a personal disease that was all encompassing and had little to no research outside of modern western medicine’s offer of extremely harmful pharmaceutical medications & chemotherapy, (ultimately ending in dialysis treatments, or an onslaught of side effects) – whereas The Phoenix Experiment focused mostly on physical health, emotional well-being, & mental wellness.
Cosmic Dancer
There was still this yearning to bring to attention the need to balance spiritual well-being and tend to personal desires to give back to the world, to feed one’s inner soul, to love one’s self for merely existing and understanding their worth, to tap into a power beyond the physical plane and capture the magic of what life can bring in joy, beauty, & inspiration.
Cosmic Dancer was then formed to address the non-denominational spiritual side of a Being. This focused on energy work & meditation with live music, reading wisdom texts, and interpreting messages through signs in daily life, as well as tarot.
But there was a divide that kept it impossible to reach the full scope of a being. It was mostly done out of fear that those seeking disease management would be run off by anything to do with spirituality outside of that person’s faith.
The rift continued to grow.
When it became clear that the two missions were indeed one greater mission, and that people could choose what they desired to focus on and leave the rest, then it became clear what was needed.
